When a time is scheduled for you and you find yourself running late, please be kind enough to call before appointment time.
By some misfortune you need to Cancel, please call and inform your stylist before appointment time.
If you fail to call your stylist, you will not have a 2nd chance.
Please have suggested gift in a stamped addressed envelope and place it on the table at beginning of your appointment.
I will not ask for it. If you have not visibly placed the envelope on the table within 7 minutes of your arrival,
I will have to cancel your appointment.
I would hate for that to happen!
